Leinster bounced back after last week’s defeat to Glasgow to win and earn a bonus point against Edinburgh in the Guinness Pro12.
Despite trailing 8-0 in the early stages, the Irish side went into the interval leading 26-8, thanks to tries from, Dan Leavy, Garry Ringrose, Jamison Gibson-Park and Isa Nacewa.
Leinster failed to push on in the second half and scores from Hamish, Watson and Magnus Bradbury reduced the deficit for the Scottish outfit, before a late try from Leavy wrapped up the points for Leinster.
Leinster will travel to face the Cardiff Blues on the 1st of October while Glasgow will try register their first win when they play Ulster on the same date.
Ulster maintained their unbeaten campaign in the Pro12 after they earned a hard-fought victory over Scarlets, winning 19-8 to top the table.
The Welsh side found themselves 11-0 down at half-time, thanks to a try from Louis Ludik and two penalties from Paddy Jackson.
Despite leading throughout the game, the Irish side made tough work for themselves and it was only in the last minute that Jackson drove over to wrap up the points for his side with a well-worked try.
Ulster will want to keep their winning streak going when they face Glasgow in Scotland on the 23rd of September, Scarlets will look to bounce back with a win at home to Connaught a day later.
