Max Verstappen claims Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel should be 'ashamed' for blaming him for their collision during Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix.
Starting from second on the grid, Verstappen fell behind the two Ferrari drivers on the run to the first turn but he cut inside Raikkonen, who was battling his team-mate Vettel.
As they reached Turn 1, Vettel made contact with Raikkonen who in turn hit Verstappen and all three men were forced to pit at the end of the first lap, all but ending any hope they had of catching Mercedes Nico Rosberg.
Raikkonen and Vettel blamed Verstappen for the incident but the Red Bull driver has hit out at the pair and believes they should shoulder responsibility for ending his chances of victory.
"I think they should be ashamed to cause a crash like that with their amount of experience and then complain about me. Then they don't have to make a drama about what happened afterwards. They have to understand I'm not happy with them screwing up my entire race," Verstappen told Dutch press.
"There was room for three cars. When I got alongside Kimi, he started squeezing me. If Vettel hadn't turned in and left one more metre of room, we would have all gotten through. On the video you can clearly see when Vettel turns in, he drives into Raikkonen. And then Kimi's car bumps into mine."
