Villa investigate Agbonlahor incident

Aston Villa are investigating reports that striker Gabriel Agbonlahor was caught smoking a shisha pipe while on holiday during the recent international break.

Agbonlahor was photographed smoking a shisha pipe while on a mid-season break in Dubai and the club have confirmed that he will not feature while an internal investigation is carried out.

"Team news: An internal investigation is currently underway. While this is being conducted, Gabby Agbonlahor will not feature. #AVFC," the club tweeted.

Agbonlahor, who has scored just one goal in 18 appearances, is the latest in a growing list of players accused of smoking shisha pipes after Raheem Sterling, Jordon Ibe and Jack Wilshere.
