Villa suffer Traore blow

Aston Villa will be without winger Adama Traore for up to two months because of a broken bone in his foot.

Traore was forced off late in the 3-1 defeat at Sunderland last week with what was initially thought to be a minor knock.

Tests have confirmed the injury is worse than first feared with the winner found to have broken a bone in his foot, which will keep him sidelined for between eight and ten weeks.

"Adama Traore is out for up to two months with a broken bone in his foot," the club confirmed on their website. "The former Barcelona man will now be absent for eight to ten weeks."
