Arsene Wenger has once again refused to reveal whether or not he intends to remain at Arsenal beyond the end of the season.
Wenger's contract is due to expire in the summer and his future remains unclear with some fans calling for him step down after more than two decades in charge of the London club.
His future has dominated press conference in recent weeks and the 67-year-old maintains that there will be an announcement 'soon'.
"I have answered the question about my future many times. Do not worry, you will get the answer soon," said Wenger ahead of Wednesday's Premier League match with West Ham.
"I am a professional and when you are a professional you perform in ideal conditions and non-ideal conditions.
"I love to win football games and I just focus on that. I work for my club with honesty and integrity. I am not scared and accept the judgement of the people. I focus on what I think is important during the game."
Arsenal are currently seven points outside the top four and, with the club facing a battle to qualify for the Champions League, some fans have made their feelings known by hanging anti-Wenger banners outside the club's London Colney training ground.
When asked about the protest, Wenger said: “What I believe, again, is everybody has an opinion today. What is important is that guys who can influence the results stick together and take care of what matters really for them, which is to win football games.
“Look, I’m not in politics. It’s not about majority or minority. You just want our fans to stand behind the team and the club, and that’s what they did. I’ve said many times, it’s not about me.
“I care about Arsenal, about the club, about what we have achieved and what we want to achieve. That’s what you want to do. I will support Arsenal when I’m not here anymore exactly the same [as I do now]. What you want is the fans to stand behind the team.”
