Williams fit to face Belgium

Wales captain Ashley Williams has been passed fit for Friday's Euro 2016 quarter-final against Belgium.

There were fears Williams would miss Friday's game after sustaining a shoulder injury in the last-16 win over Northern Ireland last weekend but he has taken full part in training this week and will be available for selection.

"It was hurting a lot at the end of the game but credit to medical staff because it's in good shape and I'm sure it'll be fine," Williams told a news conference.

Manager Chris Coleman has no doubts that Williams will be fit to face Marc Wilmots side in Lille.

"There's always worry about shoulder injuries but he's done all the sessions this week so that's positive," Coleman said.
